OWNERSHIP

Reached an impasse in a relationship? Disagreements mounting? A good friend of mine likes to pose the question: “What is your nickel in that dime?”

Because it takes two to disagree or argue.

There are two people, two behaviors, and two opinions in every argument.

Much of your frustration comes from trying to control what you don’t like or agree with. But, you can only control what you do.

Take ownership of the part that you played. Apologize for any harm you may have caused, change your attitude, and grow from any wisdom gained in the process.
