DEMONIC DISTRACTIONS

Ephesians 6:12 states: "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms”

Anger, frustration, fear, and anxiety are natural responses to the chaos and conflict we face today. However, we must remember two crucial factors:

First, God provides for us and promises never to abandon or forsake us.

Secondly, when our minds are consumed by these negative emotions, we become distracted from our purpose and less engaged and effective.

Be aware of these challenges. Remember that the enemy thrives on hatred and division, and he loves confusion and turmoil. Don’t let him win. Put on the full armor of God daily and fight against the spirit of evil using the word of God.

As the saying goes, “Life and death are in the power of the tongue.” Instead of speaking death by negating things, we must proclaim the transformative power of God. Speak words of life to every situation.

Some may wonder why God allows such hardships. Difficult times are when we can clearly recognize the limits of our abilities and the boundless grace of God. Our challenges are opportunities to comprehend the power of God and strengthen our faith.

Stay focused on doing the work of the Lord, our God, and love one another, even those who may not seem lovable.
